The UK’s leading global overseas volunteering programme for young people wanted to rebrand their organisation to achieve greater awareness and sign-ups.
In collaboration with Premm Design, we led brand workshops to uncover insights into the challenges that the existing brand faced – namely that the brand had to sit alongside numerous other agency brands.
The big idea – using the ICS initials – of ‘Inspiring Change in Society’ unified the whole organisation and their agencies by using a forward-pointing marker shape reflecting the volunteer’s personal journey. The identity is very flexible and works seamlessly with the colour palette of the other agencies.
